AMENDMENTS TO BY-LAWS

Section (1)

These By-Laws may be amended by a two-thirds majority of the voting delegates in attendance at any National Convention of the Component.

Section (2)

The By-Laws also may be amended by approval of a two-thirds majority of those voting in a membership referendum ordered by a two-thirds majority of the National Council.

Section (3)

Notwithstanding Sections (1) and (2) of this By-Law, the National Council may amend By-Law 1, Section (1).

Section (4)

Any amendment to these By-Laws shall become operative immediately upon adoption unless otherwise specified.

Section (5)

These By-Laws and subsequent amendments shall be printed and distributed in both English and French within sixty (60) days of adoption at the Triennial National Convention of the Component.
