REGULATION 3 - STAFF MEMBERS
3.01 The National
Council shall have the authority to review and set he
salary levels for the position of the National President according to NRU
standards and not according to Alliance Employees Union standards. (adopted at the April 30/00 Council Meeting, to be effective
at the 2002 Triennial Convention).
3.02 Component staff who are not included
in a bargaining unit of the Alliance Employees Union shall enjoy terms and
conditions of employment identical to those enjoyed by members of the Alliance
Employees'
